1. Service Scope VELO Estimating Services provides material takeoffs and construction estimates based on the drawings and specifications provided by the Client. We do not provide architectural or engineering services.

2. Accuracy & Final Review While we strive for maximum precision using advanced takeoff software, all estimates are "projections" and not "guarantees" of final costs. The Client is solely responsible for performing a final review of all quantities and costs before submitting a formal bid. VELO is not liable for any discrepancies, bid errors, or financial losses resulting from the use of our estimates.

3. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered estimate for the specified project. VELO retains the right to the methods and templates used to generate the report.

4. Payment Terms Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice or at the time of booking via our website. We reserve the right to withhold final reports until payment has been cleared.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event shall VELO’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service provided.
